I am due to fly out of Dublin this weekend, have flights booked and paid.

If I were to cancel would there be a charge? I have no reason for cancelling, just laziness...

They won't nessecarily charge you for cancelling, but whether or not you will get money back depends on the conditions of your ticket. Check it out, or ring them :)
