I was messing with the registry a few weeks ago to remove the dell desktop wallpaper. while I got rid of the dell logo, there is still a blue overlay on top of the desktop which I think is causing some problems.

Seem to be clear of viruses so not sure where to go with this. Did all the defrag, delete temp files etc.
