    Hi,
I'm going visiting Drogheda in two weeks. Really want to go to a good seafood restaurant but haven't a clue where to go. I'm sure the best places are along the coast but what town would be good to go for a nice dinner?:)

Mmmmmm let me see....I am not aware of a good seafood restaurant in Drogheda. If your into modern/contemporary food (or whatever label these places like to use) I would stick with the 'D Hotel'. There is a serious lack of high quality places to eat in Drogheda, maybe not the market for them, though would be surprised at that.

I dont know of any place in Drogheda that specialises in seafood, though somebody must be buying plenty of seafood around Drogheda, one the fish shop owners here drives an 07 Porsche 911.

Why not try 'The Little Strand' in Clogherhead!! Fresh fish in off the boats each day!
THats prob your best option! Only ten mins out the road and a cab would cost ya bout 15 euro!!

I wouldn't tbh. If you want a good restaurant in Dundalk go for 'Rosso', well worth the spin.
