MBT Shoes

    Probably the wrong forum for this, but has anybody had
    any experience with MBT shoes?
    They are the special (and expensive!) ones with the special heels
    that are supposed to improve your posture, tone
    up your muscles etc.
    Are they worth the money? (circa €250)

    i've never worn them but i work in a shoe shop and a few of the staff have them. some got them to help with back problems or joint problems and others bought them to help tone up a bit. everyone of them that ive spoken to swear by them. its supposed to take a bit of getting used to walking in them but everyone i know who has them think they are well worth them money

    i've yet to see a pair that i would actually like to see on my feet. they all look completely ugly.
