I assume the larger stores are open, this is all I could find online

Brown Thomas - 10am-7.30pm
Arnotts - Only mentions being closed Easter Sunday, so probably open 9.00am-6.30pm
Clerys - No mention on site

The Blanch Centre is open 11am - 6pm, I presume all the shops in town are open too.
