Balcony TV - What??

    -Stand on a balcony.
    -Get filmed playing an acoustic song or something.
    -Put video up on myspace / bebo or whatever.

    What am I missing??? No offense to the people who make BTV (fair play to them) but why are people and bands falling over themselves to do it?

    Why not just film yourself in rehearsal or in your own bedroom, or on someone else's balcony for that matter?

    I'm not trying to be a sh**e but I'm just confused :rolleyes:

    I've seen it on real tv, maybe city channel had it, I can't remember, I'd say that's the reason.

    maybe yeah. I know they did a Balcony TV awards night as well one time. But still, it begs the question why put up a less then complimentary video of yer band etc when you might do a better job yerself...god I sound so miserable :)
