Software Help!!

    I have this software called "Digital Grinds" for Leaving Cert Maths.
    My Dell computer has all the system requirements; I got it working once, but since then it seems impossible to get it working..
    I go the software company to send me out another cd but that didn't solve the problem so I know the problem is the computer..
    There is the required 2.2GB Disk space and RAM but when I put the CD in it might start "installing", but it doesn't budge for aaaaaaages, and then the screen goes blank!

    Does anyone have any idea what might be causin the problem?
    Dell themselves aren't very helpful.

    I need to get it working urgently to stay in Honours Maths!!:(

    When you say you got it working once, was it on this same machine?

    Reason I ask is because there could be registry entries left from a previous install.

    I might be able to help you if I knew about more about your PC.
    The most important point is: are you running XP or Vista?
    It won't work on Vista.
