Clicking/whiriling sound from my MEMUP Media Drive

My 320GB Media Drive wont work.. I havnt used it in a couple of weeks and when I connected it to the computer earlier this morning the drive wasnt showing on the computer. Then I connected it to the tv and none of my downloads would show up. It is making a whirling/clicking sound so I suspect it has to be opened to be…

It is making a whirling/clicking sound so I suspect it has to be opened to be investigated but I dont want to open it and wreck it. Anybody know any good places in Dublin where I could bring it to to be fixed? It is a MEMUP model. I bought it from Pixmania about 2 years ago.
