That looks a right job....no messing around trying to pull skins off. Looks like the thighs don't get used though!

that looks sorta the way i do it, tho i dont cut round the centre like the photo, gives a smaller square pelt and dont really use from the shoulders up or most of the hind legs... but it's much easier, and better than chuckin it in the ditch for a fox

you can then take the rest and place on the ground good side up and use it to attract the rest of the flock
