NO Sound on the RTE STREAM!!!

    no bleedin sound!!! Well at least I can't hear Jimmy tell me that Yory Boy could knock down a house with his power....

    Pity- stream is top notch, apart from the lack of sound. Anyone else having issues???

    At least Lees loss last night {say that fast 4 times!!!} might shut them up about the "devestating power" of Matt Macklin, who, like Lee, punched himself out vs Moore....I guess Jimmy might stick a tricolour up Moores arse too and claim him for Ireland!!!!!:eek::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    I had sound on the tv and ended up turning it down. Magee and McAuley are awful, as is the between rounds blasts of music which have become the hallmark of a Brian Peters show. I watched the Kotelnik fight on Setanta straight after the Macklin bout, the difference in quality of commentary was embarrassing for RTE.

    ANd thats saying something, considering that STEVE DUNCE works for Setanta. Did you know that Steve DUNCE was barred from Mickey Duffs cards in the 80's???

    yeah ! its a disgrace. when i hear that music come on , I cringe.
    It really looks like a cheap old 1980's effort. And the rte commentators always had to shout over the noise, especially when the point depot was used. So un-professional imo.

    Some of the best bits of sh!!!te I have heard them come out with Yet:-

    Mick Dowling:- "Andy Lee wears the short-shorts, and you can see his legs"

    Jimmy Magee:- "Andy lee could knock a house down"

    Darragh Maloney:-"RTE would do well to televise Duddy-Lee"

    Jim Rock "Well that would probably be on American TV Darragh"

    All the time with Dave Boy ooing and ahhhing at any half decent punch landed by an Irish fighter.

    I didnt know that...have you any more background on that tale?

    Bunce can be annoying alright, but I thought he had the scoring on the Rees fight spot on while it seemed many at ringside thought Rees was well in the fight when it was stopped
