    Hey

The last two times I have been training I have got a pain in one of my toes it lasts for about a day and then goes. It’s like my sock has been under my toe the whole time but its not.

Anyone got any tips how I can stop this from happening

I used to get a similar problem when wearing a thin pair of socks, someone recommended to me to wear a thicker pair of socks and it worked, I get no pains anymore.
