Is Lily Allen (the star) considered to be a chav?

EDIT: I mean Lily Allen the star, nothing to do with her social background or how she may behave in 'real life'.

The argument was about her public persona or her image, so to speak. How her record label want to portray her, if you will.

Well going on that picture I'd say she looks semi-chav. Earrings and necklace are a bit rough other than that she looks grand.
