Undoubtedly in....they've never been more in. They're absolutely everywhere. Open any fashion magazine or look up any fashion site. Black tights with open toed wedges or chunky heels with a skirt. Can't go wrong.

I love black tights with dresses or skirts, very slimming. I'm dreading the summer when I have to put them away
