This isn't any big important issue its just something I was talking to someone about recently.
So you have two houses one at the top of a hill the other in a valley type place surrounded by hills.
Which would be exposed to more pollution as in from people burning waste, industry and from from ground pollution.
My thoughts would be the one on the hill would be exposed to less.

In an idle world I'd aggre but in the real world a lot of factors come into play. Is there industry close to the valley, prevailing wind etc. these could affect the lower house more the the high one.
