Anyone selling an underwater digital camera or know where I can pick one up second hand?

    Cheers,

    In general, they're absolutely rubbish

I have a film one, but never got ne shots back, so if ye want good quality, most digital cameras have an underwater casing available

I have an olympus digital camera and am buying a casing online. unfortunate thing is that the casing is costing almost as much as the camera did. This seems to be what a lot of people are doing though.

Suggest you buy a digital camera & match up the housing to the model, they are available from Olympus, Sony & Canon.

Have a look at Leisurepro (USA):

    www.leisurepro.com

They do a good range of housings but you will be charged the VAT on entry into Ireland and they aint cheap, one thing though if you are planning to use it in Irish waters you will often need extra lights with it (strobes?)

    Good luck,

    Benny
