The Apple retailer at the bottom of Grafton Street had some bags and protective cases the last time i looked.

I bought mine in the laptop shop in stephen's green shopping centre. Be sure to get one that has a card cover and plenty of padding on the inside. I got a bag from a company called tech air, designed especially for macbooks pro's. Fit's like a dream and has compartments for the wires, the apple remote, iPod and everything apple, plus documents, books and other things.

Buy a crumpler! They are well worth the investment if you're carrying it around much. You'll get them in the laptop shop.
