I have a couple of queries about the setup however which i'm hopeful you can help with:

1. On the basic digital boxes I have to enter the pin at all times to view an "other channel" even when no restrictions are set? this doesn't happen on the Sky+box is there a setting i'm missing?

2. Can the "other channels" be added to favourites?

i dont think you have to enter a pin for other channels, i have one of each box and i dont, it could be a parental control or something so id check your pin settings, and no you cant add the other channels to your favourites
