Good Friday question

    What's the dealio with serving alcohol on good Friday? More specifically, when do they have to stop? Is it midnight on Thursday or does up until closing time for the pubs actually count as part of Thursday?

    Book into a hotel, if you want to drink on Good Firday. The Residents bar will be open....

    they cannot sell alcohol on friday, friday starts at 00:00:01 so all pubs close then.
