    Due to be paid on Tuesday, with the banks being closed on Friday and Monday, do you think my job would pay me tomorrow... or would it still be tuesday?

    I'm due to be paid on Monday and am expecting to be paid on Friday. Since Tuesday isn't a bank holiday i don't see why you won't be paid on tuesday.

    The EFT file should be uploaded to the bank and ready to go for Tuesday morning. However, the only way to be sure is to contact your Payroll department.

    99.9% chance that you will be paid tomorrow. The reason is that at midnight Monday/Tuesday the bank has to have the funds available to you. This is only "possible" if the previous day was a normal day and hence it will be pushed back to Thursday instead.

    Nody may be correct, but you have to think of how clever the HR people are.
