Carlos Poker Withdrawals

Jees this crowd are a nightmare, it took me 10 days to get my money deposited it wouldnt accept several cards, then i spend hours trying to get a password problem sorted and now when i eventually get my withdrawal sorted to moneybookers it says it will take 2-4 days to process. Not up to 4 days but 2-4. Ive played on other ipoker sites and when i withdraw to moneybookers its there instantly so i emailed them and asked them will it always be this long and they said that they process it straight away but it can take 4 days for moneybookers to process it, are the pulling the piss and how can 1 company have it processed every time instantly and another take 4 days?

I had mine go through fine. Did u get your moneybookers account verified?

I sent off my ID and got that verified and i lodged via the same moneybookers account but i never got it verified with Carlos, my moneybooker account is verified alright as in registering my bank, credit card etc

Is there a seprate verification process via carlos to verify moneybookers?

No, I literally uploaded the funds to my moneybookers account, then went onto the carlos website (cos afaik you cant do it on the actual poker client), deposited it into "my account" on carlos, Then opened the client and went into cashier and put the funds from "my account" in my poker account.

was fine when I deposited. Any site I've used moneybookers with has taken a few days to withdraw though. I don't use it for withdrawals anymore because of it. Just email them asking for a bank transfer it's much quicker.

Deposits were instant i had no problems there but when i withdrew it said it would take 2-4 days but i withdrew last night at 2am and it was processed by 4pm today so thats not too bad. I was trying to withdraw $4k with all the dollar problems and i actually fared out very well.

I withdrew $4k which equates to €2556 at todays rate according to xe.com and i got €2549 into my moneybookers account which is in Euros only losing €7 so thats a great deal, obviously they havent updated their rates since the recent fall so nows a good time to withdraw i would think if your planning on doing soon.

Yeah it is but it could have been alot worse for me, if i remeber correctly i got charged €90 for a $2k currency exchange transaction before so i was expecting to be down circ €150 but only lost €7 but i obviously got a good exchange rate compared to the rates available today
