Wiring a new house - help and advice needed

    Hi,

    Home Cinema Wiring
    We want to have a decent home cinema setup, most likely in the sitting room.
    Ceiling mounted projector (with cables running back to a breakout box)
    100" motorised projector screen.
    5.1 hard wired to the wall (returning to a central point)
    I also plan on using my PC with this projector, however I would prefer not to have my PC in the sitting room.
    Sky in sitting room, dining room and maybe the bedrooms.

    Where should I source my cabling, wallplates for audio/video?

    All help much appreciated.

    Sounds like a pretty sweet setup. If you haven't already done so you should head over to avforums. There are a lot of threads there detailing home setups. A lot of the threads have pictures too of what each person did in their home. Use the search function, I'd say most of your questions were already answered there.
