After having a great time this I'm already looking at possible places for next year.
Does anyone have any opinions on La Plagne in France?
Is it easy to move around the valley?
Is there a good variety of slopes in the area?
    How busy are the lifts?
How long is the transfer from the airport?
Which airport would be better - Lyon or Geneva?

    thanks in advance for advice.
    G

Never stayed in La Plagne, but skied there while staying in Les Arcs. Lots of good skiing, but I thought it was a little crowded, and a lot of the runs seemed the same.

Both Lyon and Geneva airport have good connections to La Plagne. You could also fly to Paris and get a TGV or overnight train there.

How good a skier are you? It's a pricey ski pass if you are still a beginner. You might be better with a smaller friendlier resort.
