    Hi all
    I recently moved here,well 3 years ago really from germany and i play and sing traditional music and was wondering if anyone out there could recommend any walk in sessions that i could go to.i'm a bit out of practice and want to get back into it,and have gone to a few in Dunboyne ect, but they like the guys there were playing together all the time and didn't really like outsiders in ,so anyway if anyone could help me out with easy going session i'd be very grateful

    Wednesday nights in Carbury's in dunshaughlin theres a lovely session. Very nice welcoming people and mix between songs and music

    Theres a few sessions around Maynooth and its only a short hop from dunboyne. I know the Newtown Inn is a good spot but someone told me lately it might be shutting down.

    Does anyone know whether they are still having these Wednesday night Trad sessions at Carbury's in Dunshaughlin? We will in the area in early Feb. and would love to see them again.
