Natural Stone V's precast??

I had planned to use Natural stone for alot of the front section of my house.
Turns out this is way more expensive than I had thought. So I'm thinking of changing back to using precast (hallmark or bradstone). A few builders mentioned it is easier to work with and alot cheaper to buy and build. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or preference on both? Anyone recommend good suppliers of Hallmark / Bradstone?

reconstituted stone can look very good whilst costing a fraction of the cost

don't make up your mind without seeing samples - on your site . gather a little collection for comparison .

what can be nice is to ask the recon stone provider to supply with mix to add to
your render and / or brick mortar bed mix .

e.g. in a job I completed recently an artificial granite was used and in the case of the bricks a subtle "sparkle" is added by adding some stone mix into the joints

Isn't it too late at that point? I thought a decision had to be made before the wall was built, as the finished wall for natural stone is different to that of a precast stone?

There's another thread somewhere here about the same topic. If I finf it I/ll merge them but in the meantime the OP can trawl through the threads over the last couple of months.
