Leaking pipe -who to contact

As the thread title says. We have a leaking outlet pipe outside and I am trying to figure out what kind of tradesman to call. The leak appears to be one of the joints of the pipes that run to the ground from the bathroom and roof. So Roofer, Builder, Plumber?
