Ipod Pausing ???

    hi my Ipod 30gb video version keeps pausing on me

    when im in the gym , im listening to it and then it just pauses and i have to press play again

    how do i fix it ??? any ideas ??

    maybe rebooting it ??

    Do your earphones disconnect slightly when moving about ?

    that was happening me the other day. I think the problem was that on the display it said it was paused but it was actually playing. think I just played a different song from a different album and it sorted it out. a strange one really.

    This has also been happening to me, it is quite annoying. Even when it is on hold it will pause!

    As someone said it sounds like the headphones are slightly coming out of the socket, once that happens the iPod automatically pauses. Try a new set of headphones.
