I have an Ipod Touch jailbroken etc but a few people I know have the Iphone and I want it now. The thing is it is a rip off in Ireland and you can only have it on O2 unless it is unlocked. There is very cheap ones on Ebay that are Jailbroken but they locked my account and they wouldnt even give me a reason why (they said they dont have to)..:mad: ANyway what would be the other cheapest place to get a 16GB one. I couldnt find any on Amazon.com. I want to get it from AMerica because it would be cheaper..Any ideas what site to look on...I want a known safe site btw..THANKS:pac::pac::pac:

    let's straighten a few facts.

it's not rip-off ireland, it's rip-off apple, they have a terrible pricing system when it comes to ireland, everything is $1 = €1, you may of seen this when you bought your ipod touch. i don't like it as much as the next guy but products are generally priced at what people are willing to pay for them.

you can't get an iphone on amazon.com as they are subbed phones, meaning only authorised apple stores or carrier stores (eg. AT&T in US/O2 in UK/IE) can sell them.

Fatloss08 you couldn't be further from the truth.

iphones from the states won't update themseleves, not unless you tell them to.
the software is not different to the irish one.

thread locked, i don't mind seeing iphone threads here as long as it's got to do with the portable media aspect of the phone and not how to source/unlock or use the phone features.
