Daisychaining netopia wireless routers

I need to send a live feed to my brothers house. Unfortunatley topology and current hardware in use restricts me to this option. I read everywhere that this is only possible with certain makes/models of routers that allow them to be set to client mode, but the only two routers i can get my hands on are the netopia 2247…

I read everywhere that this is only possible with certain makes/models of routers that allow them to be set to client mode, but the only two routers i can get my hands on are the netopia 2247 brand/model which as far as i can see just don't support client mode. Is there another way around this, maybe a firmware update that someone might be aware of? or am I wasting my time with these routers.
