Transfering Game Saves

I got the elite the other day and I recovered my gamertag online. I was just wondering how I put the game saves from my 360 hard drive to my elite without using the transfer cables. Can this be done maybe through usb?

i used a memory card when i had to do it , took a little time but worked out well.
