    Does anyone have a link to examples of tax returns?

    Hi,

    The only place you are likely to get an example of a Form 11 is in a tax book. The tax return is fairly self explanatory or to make things easier you could use the Ros offline service available from ww.ros.ie. Are you having difficulty completing the return?

    If you go to the Revenue website it will have the Form 11 (self assessment return) and From 12 (PAYE employee returns) Included with both is an explanatory memorandum outlining what information goes in what fields.
