Reenabling Adobe flash

I installed a load of anti-spyware stuff trying to sort out a boot up issue. I think one of these programs had a setting to block Adobe Flash. I can't remember which one did it, I uninstalled all of these anti-syware stuff but I still can't view Flash content, trying to install Flash doesn't work either. Any ideas?

    In Internet explorer go to

Tools - Manage Addons - enable or disable addons.

You can turn add ons on or off there. Probably the best place to start. If you're using Firefox then the menu is the same.

Cheers. I tried that, I was just looking at it after I posted this. Adobe flash wasn't appearing as one of the add-ons. Also there didn't appear to be any disabled add-ons there.

So still got the issue :(.

I've sorted this. :D It was due to Spywareblaster. Uninstalling it wasn't enough. I had to reinstall it and then go into tools section -> Flash killer And uncheck disable box. Then I had to restart IE and reinstall Adobe Flash.
