The Small Claims Court

    I would like to take a claim to the small claims court. The reason is that I paid to get my computer repaired and it broke down again the next day and my money is not being refunded by the repair company. I paid for the repairs in cash and do not have a receipt for the transaction. What are my chances in the small claims court under these circumstances?
