    Hey Guys,

Was thinking of upgrading my TM FA-MAS with a 1J spring. Would i need to upgrade to metal gears? And if so is it a job suitable for beginners(absolute:D)?

Last thing, where is the best place to get parts like this anway?

One thing that might be an option if you put in metal gears would be a 9.6V batt. There's plenty of space and it would mean it could be a true LMG(Light Machine Gun).

have a look on www.mechbox.com for info on stripping the gearbox., most gearboxes will be roughly the same so just familiarize yourself with the stages., im not sure if they have a P90 guide on there but if they dont ya should get one on youtube.,
