Hi, me and my sister(19 & 22) are going to Dubrovnik in june for two weeks. We were thinking of camping there as there doesnt seem to be many apartments or anything there. does anyone know the general prices you would pay for a campsite or guest house per night?
Also, whats the nightlife like there? We dont want clubs or anything, just maybe a few good pubs with a young crowd and good music.. Is that available in Dubrovnik or somewhere around it?
    Thanks

I haven't done it myself, but I gather that many people in Dubrovnik (and elsewhere in Croatia) rent out rooms in their houses quite cheaply. Google on "Dubrovnik sobe" and you will have plenty to think about.

Dubrovnik is great, but to be honest a weekend is long enough. If you have booked for 2 weeks you have to travel around.

Peljesac Peninsula, Korcula, Brac, Makaraska Riveria, Split, Trogir, Hvar, Montenegro are all 'do-able' (is that a word?) within a 2 week span.

In June, you are just ahead of the high season, so you should be able to get accommodation as you travel.

€20-€25 per night should get you decent accommodation.....Be sure to ask if they have air conditioning.
