I use IcePodder in Linux, a fork of the first major podcatching software iPodder (aka Juice).

Unfortunately I am windows user only and I don't trust iTunes...

I'll try to find something tomorrow at work.

I use all my RSS news feeds in Firefox and Thunderbird. I have it configured to show any new posts in selected forums in Boards.ie to come up like an email in Thunderbird.
