    I just did a day of work experience in Chapter one, and I have to say it was amazing. The kitchen was amazing and the staff were great. Ross Lewis, Gareth the head chef and all the chefs were great.

    I didnt get to do as much hands on work as I would have liked but purely from watching I learned so much.

    I realy cant recomend it enough. If you havent been, go. If you have...go again!

    how did you manage to get a day's work experience in there?

    Are you a trained chef or in college studying it or none of the above?
