Combining text with audio files?

Not sure if this is the most appropriate forum or not but how can you quickly combine audio files (mp2, mp3 etc) with text for upload onto youtube? Freeware ideally that would give an end output like this, although the Star Wars style scrolling isn't necessary. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cZiKuZikMI

Windows Movie Maker will do that.

It ain't the prettiest, but it works. See the link in my sig (second one) for one that I threw together in an hour using Move Maker.

Yep, Movie is the handiest for doing that & it's very easy to use too.
