Premature Ejaculation

    Hi
I have been going out with my GF for a year and a half now and from when we started having sex up untill recently I suffered from premature ejaculation. Sex would only last 2 or 3 minutes and somtimes only 30 seconds. It was really getting me down but my GF was very supportive. I read alot about it and tried a few things but it did not go away. I just left it then because I didnt know what to do and about 2 or 3 months ago the problem just went away. Now I can seem to control when it happens and I can go for as long as I want. I know stress can be a big factor in it but if anything I am much more stressed now than I used to be. Has anyone had the same experience where it just goes away? Find it strange that it just stopped for no reason

You have resolved your issue then?
I have allowed this as while not exactly a PI it could help people with premature ejaculaton problems.

I take it that the 2 or 3 things your tried were PC control, stop start techniques and the like. Given you havent mentioned any trips to the doctors for underlying medical conditions I think this below is the crucial part of the post:
I just left it then because I didnt know what to do and about 2 or 3 months ago the problem just went away.

You accepted it then got out of your own head about it. Once the mind switched off worrying about it things changed.

Now all the techniques you have been practicising are paying dividends, you have trained and conditioned yourself so you have control. The issue is no longer in the head and voila.

    Congratulations

Ignoring it may have actually worked. Homer was right all along :)

When these things build up in the mind it's not good. Congrats OP.
