bungalow ext advice in navan/drogheda

    i am looking to extend our 150 year old bungalow. a previous owner extended the back so do i need pp? is it prudent to have an engineer/ project manager for the whole project or am i over doing it?

    can you post more details ? lack of response so far seems to indicate you need to do this

    how big is the existing extension - is it one / two storeys - is it all to the back or partly to side

    what m2 new works are you considering

    does the existing property require re refurbishment and / or internal alterations

    You may need to apply for pp, this depends on how big the previous extension was as well as how big your propose, in general, the max combined has to be less than or equal to 40 m.sq
