Yoga classes in Meath

I am a gaelic footballer and take it fairly seriously but have been hampered by injuries for the past year. I have heard of the advantages of yoga in improving your flexibility and general core strength and so was wondering are there any such classes available in Meath (Dublin side of Navan preferably) Any general advice…

There are yoga classes running in the Newgrange Hotel in Navan. Heres the website: www.cromwellyoga.ie
