    Hi everyone,

This is a bit of a non-question, but sure i'll have a go anyway.

Theres this noise coming my engine is making when I accelerate. Its hard to describe..its kind of a cyclical, mechnical fizzily noise. It sounds almost what the starter sounds like...like it could be electical but I dont think it is, just sounds a bit like that. It gets faster as the bike goes faster but when I stop accelerating it stops and starts again when I accelerate again. Its only being happening the last week or 2. Its not affect performance but its driving me nuts

I'm gonna get it checked out anyway but was just wondering if anyone knew what it might be.

A pint for the right answer!! :D

    thanks
    pc

What bike have you got, a bike bike or little bike, go on give us a clue?
Is there something rubbing against your tires perhaps?

The noise stops when i ease off the accelerator but the bike is still going at the same speed so culdn't be something off the wheel or chain. sounds like its coming from the engine. Its a drag star 250. Just hope its not something grating and causing damage with the pistons or something.
