In keeping with the traditions we hold dear to our hearts, our annual Paddy's day roll will be from 2-4pm (before the pub) on Monday. It'll be a relaxed roll, people from outside of the gym are welcome.

What sort of self respecting alcoholic Irishman isn't in the pub before 4pm on Paddy's day?

I would have thought a Thai boxing session more appropriate considering March 17th is also Muay Thai day.

    There's a Muay Thai day?

Jaysus- last year we had 4 of us on the day! Although how many people wake up after Sunday night and actually turn up is another question!

Should be a good laugh lads thanks for the interest.

Missed this. Easy to get to off the M50 take the Finglas exit and head towards town. Turn right onto Ballyboggan Road which is about 2 miles down, gym is before the traffic lights on your left.

I'd certainly be up this for this if the public transport system is agreeable.

I take the 40 bus to the Royal oak/Shell garage and walk up the ballyboggan road from the finglas road. What the 40 bus will be like on paddy's day is anyone's guess :)

If you're not too hungover today you're welcome to pop along to this. If you're WAY too hungover, it is vital that you come along to this, for the laugh.

Thanks a lot Roper, that was a good session.

It's always good to get submitted by people you don't know;), but it was even nicer to get submitted by techniques you don't know.

Never mind what they were called I didn't even understand how the guys were getting them.....in particular the guy with the super-flexi legs.
