Ok, so you can get them for this price online (actually, at that, I don't think they'd be as good as this one), but for someone going into a bricks and mortar store I thought this was quite a good deal, and the quality is much higher then the other budget video players you can get for 50-60 euro.

It's an i-Kool 2gb mp3/4 player, with a 2.2" screen of very impressive quality (260k color tft) considering the price - watched Rescue Dawn on it, very crisp and vivid picture. No comparison between it and my old mp4 player, a budget 50 euro job that has a washed out and grainy screen, a common trait of the too cheap to be true budget players.

It also has a built in speaker and FM radio.

Got it in Zhivago. Marked down from 99 to 34.99

my mum got one of those and i think she paid close to 100 euro for it. The problem is that it only switches on when it is connected to the pc and then you can take it away with you. It's like jump starting it. I have been around the web all day looking for firmware for it. All i have found out so far is that it is some kind of a rockchip mp4 player from china

Are you joking? I find that very hard to believe.

It must be faulty, there is no way any player operates in that fashion. Mine works flawlessly. Fantastic piece of kit. Still using it daily and no problems.
