    i was made redundant in oct 07.i have been claiming jobseekers benefit ..can i claim my tax back from jan 1st 07 until i was made redundant

    Yes - your tax will be recalculated based on the amount of gross pay for the 9 or 10 months you worked reapportioned over 12 months (worth of cut-off and tax credits). At very least you should recoop the 3 months tax credits (depending on your circumstances €65 per week at least). Visit www.revenue.ie for forms.
