too muddy and too cramped...all the cars wedged into one corner whilst the tractors get half an acre each....it'll never dry up in time at this stage....

Now Now Corktina, Tractors get a 1/4 acre, its the feckin stationary engines that get the 1/2 acre:D I wonder have the organisers moved the sheep off the field yet, Bring Wellies;)

Killarney, out by the gleneagle, easter sunday, theres usually a good turnout of cars and the like, the organisation isnt exactly great there though, as has already been said, it can get quite cramped.Still a good show though.

What time is early? when does the show open?

not sure what time its open to the public, but i got there around 11 last year and there was a good share of cars there before me, by 1 o clock there was no room left up top, they opened more of the field lower down to accomadate the cars, though the weather was good that day, im sure that made a differece to the turnout....

What's a good time for visitors to turn up?

Quite fancy a look as I've never been to a motor show of any sort previously.

Its not a motor show per se, but there will be alot of classic cars there, plus tractors, stationary engines and the odd truck etc, i suppose around one o clock wouldnt be a bad time to get there if you are just going for a look, it shouldnt be too crowded then. The weather will make or break it though.

if any Fordies want to skip the show and stay on the tarmac over Molls gap and the Healey Pass with us, they'd be welcome. Leaving Lidl car park at 11 am.... (or |SATURDAY Viaduct Cork at 2pm if you want to make a weekend of it

heres a shot of the show today, the weather held out, though the field was pretty bad as mentioned previosly, i doubt some of the cars got out easily.

Does it carry on to the bank holiday Monday like a classic bike fair in Carlow? It would be nice to take in both.

No, its just a one day event, a better field would be a good idea definatly.
