I'm looking to apply for a permit to fundraise in a public place for a charity that i'm involved with. None of my local stations have the form and i'm wondering if anyone knows the reference number of the form or if it can be downloaded ?

    thanks in advance.

you can't download form you'll need to get it from a garda station.

The form is for street collection. I don't think it is available online though

    Here's a shortcut:

Contact your Garda divisional HQ and ask to be put through to the Chief Supts Clerks office.
This is the office where the permits are issued under the street and house to house collections act.
A particular member of staff in that office usually deals specifically with these permits.
Explain your situation and what you are looking for, the only problem you may encounter is that the dates you are looking for may be already allocated to another organisation in your area.
