    with the dollar so good . or bad .depending on how you look at it.
    3 of my friends want to get out of here . and go to the states .
    set up an irish bar.
    there looking in to the state of texas and florida
    out of the big cities . cheap property prices etc . and a lot of custom..potencialy anyways.
    has anyone ever known of the legal side of it..etc .

    american law is less complicated than here , thats the positives out of the way
    florida , well not many irish live there , mostly hispanics and jews and in the northern part , evangelicals

    texas , very waspish state

    besides , the u.s property market has to fall further , canada on the other hand is booming but canadians are too dull to drink

    sounds like a poor move at the minute ,

    what about australia , its booming , aussies like to drink almost as much as we do
    downside is every 2nd young person is in oz right now so there are probably too many irish pubs up and running
