Drag and Drop in VB.Net

I am making a Scrabble game in VB and need to be able to drag the letter tiles(buttons) onto the game board(picture box). Tried all the usual methods but cannot get it to work. Any suggestions about doing this or the game in VB would be greatly appreciated.
