Burning from iTunes

When burning your playlist from iTunes, is there anyway of not having those 2 or 3 second gaps between each track, can you have is so its a continuous flow between them.

Yes, go into your options and make sure you're not putting the 2 second spacers in there. Also on the album itself, go into the info of the songs and select gapless album.
