Could you help me out with something, I sell children's clothing online so I have no VAT but I am VAT registered.
Does this mean I can claim back all my VAT purchases?
What if I don't make over the €75,000 will I have to repay the VAT refund I claim?
    I hope this makes sense?????

generally speaking, if you are VAT registered then you can claim the VAT on business related expenses. you are not charging VAT to your customers because your products are zero VAT. i can't confirm though VAT rate on your products - so please check with Revenue or your accountant. the threshold is only a criteria whether to opt or not for VAT registration.
